No Schlensog or Parfitt named. That’s a shame.

No Parfitt or Schlensog. Tilbee and Luers in, Gray and Bodle out. I don’t think bringing in Luers over Bodle makes us a better team - one fringe player for another. Evans may have been lucky to keep his spot, but I imagine they saw Luers as a more like for like replacement for Bodle, plus rewarding Luers’ 4 goals in the reserves. Brayshaw is a big in for EP. We have to hope he’s a bit underdone, but should be prepared to tag if he gets away from us. Let’s hope we can hit the scoreboard more often this week. We got over the line against Peel, but 10 goals won’t win enough games. Top 3 teams will usually average 80 points plus per game and we should have the firepower to achieve that.

We play EF and C in the next two week, before a bye. Hopefully we can bring back Paton, Schlenslog and Parfitt a game or two before the bye and they can freshen up over that two weeks before we play a must win game on 23 May - must win because it will be Matt Taylor’s 150th.

Great post as usual Ted. Thanks

Interesting in for the Ressies, Jake MILES-WRENCY.

20yr old 199cm 95kg from Coorparoo JAFC. A Junior Club in Queensland.

A lot of emphasis being put on getting talls to the Club.

Recently added to WCE rookie list???

Peels defence were very organised as a defensive unit almost all AFL listed players, it’s all about giving out fwds enough supply imo.

Saw Parf training,doing running drills.

Whilst I didn’t notice Schlenga,I’m sure the Club are readying him and Parf for hopefully next week.

This guy is on loan from West Coast along with another

On Loan?

Interesting.

I often wondered if such a thing was possible, wondering if Bobby Hill was available whilst back home in WA,thinking that was only remotely possible.

Welcome to the 2 guys, but why wouldn’t West Coast be needing them?

They are reserves level players and WART don’t have reserves. Have you seen our reserves? Full of kids, no height due to injuries.

Before you start inventing conspiracies or change the subject to Manchester United this isn’t new.

No,but if we keep getting such players from next door, you know what outsiders wil say,Don’t You?!

And Yes,I have seen our Reserves.I tend to get to our Games earlier than most.

And no,I don’t follow Man U or City.

Poop, Dazzler, I thought maybe we have pulled off another recruiting gem.

Coming from Qld, I thought there maybe be a touch of Stone in it.

And Grassy, old boy, there is nothing wrong with being neighbourly.

Not too neighbourly with that lot, thanks!

Besides,I thought Langdon was moaning about them getting more players, not offloading them.

East Perth playing dreadful bruise free football. All Perth has to do is turn up to compete hard and it’s a certain 4 points. I might jump on the Perth bandwagon come finals time.

I heard that Perth have lost 9 out of the last 10 matches between these clubs. With the royals losing 2 of the first 3 matches of the twenty 26 season, one would think Perth to be confident of winning the Anzac match. Wrather is forecasted to be fine

Does anyone know if the game will be streamed live. Ch 7 look to be covering MCG game and can’t see anything on any of the other 7s

It’s on the 7+ app. Ch 7 is covering the wp v sf game tomorrow

Apparently Perth are paying one $ 60c for a win in this match. The opponents are sitting on about two dollars 25c for the win.

What an incredible disappointment. I honestly thought we had a better team this year but nope. East Perth are going like a busted and we still lose. 5th is best case scenario now. We are so wasteful and lacking skill. Again!!! I’m over it
