Correct , actually its been leaked that they secretly asked Canberra for a bail out late last year, 200 Billion in debt with high interest rates are in strife, esp when 15 Billion was spent on paying off organised crime for corrupt contracts.

Then upon leaving office or politics altogether, they are allowed to simply ride off into the damned sunset as if nothing has happened! So bloody annoying!

And like Andrews, heard on the news that former premier Allan is also leaving parliament and walking away from politics at the vic state election. Lets hope the new premier stays true to his word on conducting the royal commission and the 2 former victorian premiers front up to the inquiry!
Depends on whether more Terms of Reference can be forced through,for the Enquiry to be effective.
