Watching the Dees V Richmond tonight and was super unimpressed by the umpiring. Always seems to be the rub goes with the top team and the lesser get SFA.
I know, ten goals is a smashing, but anyone that thinks umpires aren’t influenced, or influential has rocks in their head.
Said it before….so many decisions open to interpretations…multiply that by 4 umpires, and the constant rule changes…BINGO, perfect stuff to wreck our great game…
So many original non calls, are eventually blown by the umpire furtherest away..

Its a dead set joke….no longer but a “GAME”, more like reality tv, than a real sport.
How on earth can there be consistancy, when the rules are sooooo open to interpretation, its non sensical.
@Unkatwo I have always said 4 umpires is at least one too many.
Each one waits for the other to make simple decisions.
The third umpire was introduced to stop the behind the play thuggery and incidents. With a hundred cameras, it is not needed now.
