Well we will see the real Peel play next Sunday. I would expect Freo to rest about 10-12 players for the first round of the WAFL finals.

If this many players are pulled from the Peel team it will be very good news for West Perth but it would expose the total lack of credibility of this club and would be another blow for the WAFL competition.

You shouldn’t be as the eagles & the WAFC have been treating the entire WAFL competition & its sides with the same contempt for many years. Peel sure haven’t been using much of the additional resources given to it under the alignment to develop the non AFL aligned players that were brought into the side today.

intersting both Freo and Peel with B sides on the park did well till 1/4 time, then died away very quickly…sad to see because honest folk parted with their hard earnt money to see both games…TBH both club(s) should reimburse the punters for putting up second rate performances and intentionally holding back their best players…
silver lining is that definitely Peel or EP will be eliminated next week and hopefully karma bites Freo in the arse for disrespecting both the AFL and WAFL fans and comps by playing second rate sides…both teams could go out in straight sets which in all honesty is what they deserve…
