A full resurface of Claremont is needed but at $1.5m, we’d need a lot of supporters to clear out their spare change from their Range Rovers and Bentleys. Unfortunately our membership base isn’t that big.

Have you paid your loans off yet TT? Revo gym, coffee shop and underground carpark are massive cash cows.
I believe we’ve been debt free for a few seasons.
Revo brings in a nice return, the cafe not much at all. We previously leased out space the Aspire Fitness in our old facility so nothing new there.
We don’t get anything from the parking Monday to Friday, thats Transperths and most people parking on Match day get complimentary parking.
We do have $1.7m in a trust fund with the annual interest only able to be spent on building maintenance and equipment replacement. Though we haven’t touched that recently, and have just been allowing it to grow. It started at $1.5m and was part of our compensation for giving up our lease, allowing Landgate to sell off land around the club. We also negotiated freehold ownership of the $16.5m clubroom site as part of the deal.
We also recieved $250k off the Federal govt last year to build our women’s team their own changerooms.

Schlenna, Davis and Parfitt in. No Jono - did not train. He would be so disappointed. I saw him Sunday afternoon and he was smiling ear to ear - reported calf and shoulder were great. I can only assume one of these injuries reoccurred.
Bodle, Brayshaw and Fliener are the outs.
These three would be spewing too. But thats footy. Keep at it lads.

Fingers crossed Schlenga’s calves hold up. No rucking please if he puts his hand up at throw ins or ball ups someone drag him out of there please. He’s a bull and he loves to compete we’ve got two ruckmen and JGM to do all that shit.
Will be great to watch the ressies first up and see who makes the selectors take notice.

Hope Schlensog makes it through and has an impact. The ground may still be a bit soft, so it is a risk. I think having GM on Gowdie is a good move. As much as I rate Scoble and Dean, Gowdie is 15kg heavier than both of them, so GM is a better match up for one on one contests, with Scoble and Dean to play an intercept/rebound role. We really need a lot more from Clarke and Paton this week. GM, Bodle and Edwards kicked enough last week for us to fall across the line, but we need to be able to rely on our main avenues to goal. 10 goals won’t get it done against C. They have a strong team on paper, including Rogers and Hardisty back in. They will put a heavy tag on Constable or Parf.
Luers and Cameron are outs in the reserves, which is a blow as they have both been playing well.

Spot on mate this is the Have’s verses the Have Not’s in terms of talent pools. The Have Not’s been given “Generous” concessions to be able to be in a position to compete with the Have’s.
Got SFA to do with numbers it’s all about the quality and the history in those numbers.
