Bowls WA has continued with more changes to the pennant structure following on from the changes in recent years which has now seen the full introduction of mixed gender competitions.
Heading into season 26/27 pennants will now be 8 team competitions and a 14 round season which will suit some but not all. Any fixtures impacted by weather will now have a greater impact on promotion and relegation.
I’m not that close to Lawn Bowls Danger,but take a mild interest in Vic Park/Carlisle,Cambridge,Wembley,Floreat,Bayswater,Maylands and Swan for varying reasons.

Kalamunda have picked up journeyman Steve Jocelyn.
Bassendean have a change of leadership with Russell Ellis making way for a raft of new selectors and a new model where there is one selector from each division tasked with picking all of the teams and this being overseen by the club captain. Be interesting to see how it plays out
