It was justice Bells’ High Court decision in 2017 that was cited to overturn NSW Premier’s Chris Minns ban on a pro Palestinian march across the Sydney Harbour Bridge last year.

Is done efficiently,but quicker than normal Royal Commissions and acted upon,sooner rather than later!
The Terms of Reference are Wide and Far Ranging and not skipped over in any way,if the Major Parties are up to something,like Full Bore A*se Covering!
