I have two words for you Oscar - Zak Brown.
Dominated the whole weekend from start to finish clearly the superior driver but finished 7 seconds behind Max Verstappen thanks to a stupid decision not to pit after a safety car while leading the race. Max in second was told to box and that was the race right there.
Oscar should have won this GP and he was gutted after a great turnaround.
Brown will need a Popemobile for the Australian Grand Prix next year,given he thinks only a minority thinks Oscar is being hamstrung by McLaren.
I don’t think they have gone out of their way to limit Oscar but we have long memories of our Aussies being screwed in F1 and if Webber thought Oscar was being done over he would have said so. He won’t let it happen to Oscar.
The weekend though was just a disgrace from McLaren. absolutely screwed over Oscar and an extra 7 points and he should be 9 behind Lando now leading to a circuit both drivers took the front row last year and if Oscar wins and Lando runs 3rd it should have been Oscar’s championship. If that happens he will need more than the pope mobile. He will get lynched!
