Remember that 1st Semi in 1985 vs WP at Subi fondly, the late great Sidey kicked 9 goals and his sidekick in the pocket Kevin Taylor and the ever elusive goalsneak Donny Holmes a handful each.

I did as well.

It was a last hurrah for a great era,as unfortunately it came to an end against Bunton’s resurgent Lions,2 weeks later.

Changing of the guard in 1918,with 2 Time defending Premiers South’s heavy Loss to East Perth,though it would take the Royals a year to set the record straight against East Fremantle.
