There will be something different about the Thunder’s appearance in 2013 with the Mandurah-based club adopting a new jumper for the winter.
Apparently taking some inspiration by the guernsey worn by East Fremantle during the 1970s, Peel have followed a more traditional design with the new outfit.
Do they know the meaning of the word “Tradition”?
I didn’t mind the Dockers wearing East Freo jumpers so much for the Heritage round in the AFL as they were indicating their Fremantle roots.. The Eagles - State jumpers was horrid!
Something just not quite right with imitating a jumper of a team you play against though…

I suspect in years to come the Chunder and Ferrals will wear their affiliated clubs colours. They will no longer be a stand alone club in the WAFL due to their alignment.
