I am not saying 1 thing about a certain person’s case on your books.
All I will say is this -
There are 32 Teams in the NFL with each logo different to another.
There might be a similarity with 2,with the Bucaneers having faced off against them in 1 Super Bowl.
But 0 that I know of,despite the reputation of 1 Team in the 60’s,70’s and 80’s,have been deemed by the NFL as having a Criminally Associated Symbol.
