Mind you,reckon the Double Header AT ADELAIDE OVAL no less BEFORE the Grand Final,may have had at least 10 000 for the 1st game at least.

Lack of depth cost us, simple as that SS. If we had the same team in the game vs wc as we had a week later vs cl, we would have made finals, wc wouldn’t have beaten us. Tend to agree with you though, that game vs cl, both teams looked way ahead of both ep and sf. But as RL said, stop dreaming DG
They played it live on 7Plus…can’t remember what channel but started a bit before the SF v EP game. Watched it before the WAFL game and at the breaks.
Was a Double headed Final at Adelaide oval, not sure if they played the other match
The Royals game plan is based,like a lot of other teams,on controlling stoppages and Territory and Scott Jones is a vital cog in our overall team structure,and we were lost in the 1st half against Subi without him,but thankfully Sebit played a huge second half and was the main reason why our seasons still alive,but if Jones doesn’t getup for yesterday’s game we probably lose by 6 goals again.
But as I always say when I hear hard luck stories in footy games or the races,”they don’t pay out on excuses”!!is the mantra I always use when things don’t go to plan.

RnB, you thought 3,000 was a great turnout for the Demons. There were nearly 6,000 at last year’s elimination final at East Fremantle and about 4,000 of those were Perth supporters. It just shows how far the WAFL has fallen in one year. The great competition is dying before our eyes, and Brad Wira and co have done nothing to at least stop the bleeding.

We saw the AWFUL COMMISSION Patting itself on the back with the roll out the weekend just gone.They don’t go missing numbers in their Attendance Figures.
So WHY STILL,do the Football Commission TANK the numbers in their Attendance Figures WAFL?!

Perth, last year had a different vibe, this year Peel have killed a lot of the vibe , crowds are not responding..to be fair anything above 3000 is a standard WAFL final these days. Yeah you het one off bigger ones, but rare.
This year has seen a decline in interest across the board.
The demographic is another year older and I reckon insane cost of living has hit many of us hard. I know I’ve had to sacrifice a few things. And now there’s an easy option where you don’t miss out on watching the footy.
Agree, everyone’s a year older coming off a old base, and the young ones just aint there…Peel ended on top, not a great sign, and year, prices to get in and beer and food etc just hit the pensioners hard.
I didn’t wander into the members on Sunday, decided to sit in the outer. members from where I sat looked full and a bit noisy at times. old grandstand was at least half full, HFF under the big trees to the scoreboard was full, i’d say a tad over 4,000. If it wasn’t something is up.
