Back again for another week and things are creeping closer to the bye and MrM (DrM for those loyal fans) is looking forward to a well earned break. We are seeing a nice little clump at the top end of the ladder and this gets MrM excited, excited because it’s wide open for anyone, even those outside the 5 know there best is good enough on any day and that is what keeps MrM coming back each week, that and has to fill the 14 minute journey to the coal mines MrM makes on this brisk Friday morn.
Off the field, MrM has a bee in his bonnet and he is not going to let it rest and in MrM day this would never occur, post game festivities not taking place until a week after the game, this really troubles MrM. Surely meeting somewhere and doing them on a Saturday is best for business, as for teams not evening doing them, well MrM cannot rant every week, so just be better.
Alright, let us look into this weekend.
North Beach v Fremantle C.B.C @Charles Riley Reserve
This is a big game for both clubs right here. The Beach Boys need a win to maintain their effort to play finals, whereas a loss could see them 2 games and a big percentage outside the 5. CBC are looking good once again and know a big win win for them would them firmly intrenched in the Top half of the ladder. Will be a good game, but CBC too good here.

Curtin University Wesley v University @South Oval
The battle of the High Education here, as both may be hit with holiday availability issues but will be a good contest nonetheless. Curtin Uni had a tough loss last weekend against the front runners, but back at home will be more confident if they play 100 minutes then they can win. Meanwhile Uni are plying some good football of their own, and know a win this weekend will giving them some breathing space as they move forward, will be a tough game, but Curtin Uni at home, on their mud pit should win.

Mount Lawley v Trinity Aquinas @Inglewood Oval
The Beaufort boys have so far done enough this season to keep themselves safe, but keeping safe isn’t enough for MrM, he wants big wins and a last hope push for finals. It comes tough this week though as they face the form side of the competition. The TA’s boys had a good come from behind win last weekend and will also need to bring their best this weekend, as they play on an oval at the complete other end of the spectrum to The Bill. The TA boys should still get it done this weekend though.

Scarborough v West Coast @Millington Reserve
This is going to be a very big game for both clubs here. With both clubs desperately needing a win, it is all on the line. Scarborough are looking to get back on the winners list more than ever, and will fancy themselves here. While West Coast are fresh off a come from behind win last weekend and will be full of confidence they can do it again. Will be a tough ole slog. After seeing them last weekend, MrM thinks West Coast to get it done again.

Wanneroo v Kingsway @Wanneroo Showgrounds
Always a big game for both these clubs and with it another big day at Showgrounds, it is shaping as a good contest for all. Wanneroo let one slip last weekend and will be on the bounce back this weekend and looking to win. Meanwhile Kingsway are going along nicely and will look this weekend as a chance to consolidate their place on the ladder. Away from home it’s never going to be easy, but they may get it done away again…just not this week.

Good luck to all this weekend
