So when people walk in and out they get counted everytime. I walked back to my car at half time which was parked outside the old Richmond Raceway gates to get something so I must of got counted twice.
When patrons go to Carnaby’s for a feed from the bowling and croquet club they get counted. Maybe they are counting the cars that drive by as well and little johnny and his mates on the skate park.
Will be interesting to see how Adrian’s matrix compares when fences are installed permanently and actual gates are in place what the actual attendances are compared to these multi factor guesstimates Adrian is coming up with. What a spinout.

Not saying what you say East Fremantle is doing is right.
What the Football Commission seem to be doing in reverse is Tanking the figures,a long way down.
I know the crowds look smaller,but it always seems to me not everyone is counted,…on purpose!

Was told by a prominent former Perth player who has been to a couple of games at Leederville as a neutral this season, 1 Subi game, 1 EP game, that yesterday’s crowd was by far the biggest he’s seen at Leederville this year.
Top of the table clash between top side Peel on a what 6 or 7 game winning streak against 2nd placed Claremont in front of 161 spectators? That rings massive alarm bells.
Even with an AI misprint,the attendance of 1 000 between the 2 wouldn’t be great either.
You also have to wonder,why administrators insist on having Stand Alone Colts night games,especially in Winter,particularly Peel,whether they count extra few hundred in the eventual Attendance of that respective fixture?
They’re effectively TANKING the figures,are ultimately responsible for that,then we’ll see them. Giving unpalatable recommendations down the track,for the Competition to Carry on,when they’ve caused the WAFL to go downhill!
Go figure!
And piss poor attendances are not the only problems plagueing the Wafl comp.
And nothing seems to be being done!

If I remember correctly,the WAFC Pay 7 for Broadcast rights,not the other way around.
My attitude to that is to see if their DIRECT COMPETITORS 9 and 10 would be interested in paying a Fair Amount for both parties and grab the Glory,whilst beneficial to All Concerned!

That is a bit weird. What’s going on? How could the figures be that different?
I always find these numbers a bit of a stretch. When I roughly count the number of people actually watching a league game I come with a number between 300 on a bad day and about 700 on a good day. I realise it’s a whole day figure.
How many people for into our big grandstands at Leederville and lathlain. Must be less than 400?
