Is there a specific date when WAFL clubs can start negoitating/securing/announcing transfers, from within the comp, between rival WAFL clubs?
Obviously WAFL clubs can announce signings for players from outside the WAFL from the go post season eg South Freo - Jones(AFL) & Free(AFL), Subi - May (VFL) WP - Waight (Tas) & Steele (VFL). Just nothing been officially announced about player transfers from one WAFL club to another as yet.
West Online mentions a few transfers and signings in the WAFL:
Taberner rumoured to sign with SF
Ethan Hughes rumoured to sign with SF, SD and Peel
Jaiden Hunter (Perth) signed to Claremont
Roan Steele signed by WP from the VFL
Yes Frothy. I haven’t heard anything about Rohde retiring but maybe KCEF knows something we don’t. Dewar has gone but interestingly Sokol is still on our main list, so maybe he’s had second thoughts.

Sok is off our list now so he’s definitely gone mate
East Perth has signed ex-Hawthorn and Geelong midfielder Cooper Stephens from Box Hill (VFL) East Fremantle, Claremont, Perth and West Perth also wanted him.
Strnadica and Browne are on EF list again, though nothing publicly confirmed…
Browne won the Jack Clarke a few years back, then played at WCER for 2 seasons, before heading to Williamstown this year…Strnadica obviously at 203 cm would provide height for EF up forward or in the ruck…is Avery even an in?..nothing confirmed as yet, just talk.
If he gets there good luck to him.He did a great job in 22 giving our strong midfield a great ride with his tap work. Not sure he’s going to give Swans much around the ground because that’s not his forte but he will give 100%.Nice guy and again good luck.
You should add Hunter as an out for Perth because he was automatically a Perth listed player once he was delisted and Claremont have recruited him from Perth, not the AFL.
Disappointing to see Sanchez off to SF KC…talented kid, not sure he is going to find it any easier getting a gig at SF, but good luck to the young fella.
