I generally only put them as an out if they played at the team in the previous year. He’s been recruited from Essendon - ex-AFL players can go wherever they like after being delisted and original club can’t stop it. Frustrating for the bottom teams - good for the top ones

Given EFs financial woes due to their facility access debacle, I’d be surprised if they could afford to pay unders to their own players, let alone overs to other clubs players…Heard that a few EF players are considering a relatively short drive up Stirling Highway to Claremont Oval and that 1 possibly 2 might even trek all the way up to Hoondalup.
Im sure all clubs are talking to opposition players, i know of one club that has had a chat to a Claremont player simply because he has moved house and is close to that club. I to would be surprised if EF would be throwing shit loads of money at players due to their finacial situation. Due to their debt, its going to be difficult for EF to sign a lease. The club needs help and the commission should help them.
