What’s with the massive recruiting drive by Peel? AFL aligned and still paying off debt and goes out on a spending spree. These flogs should not be allowed to recruit at all.

Fairbank P to WP

Fairbank could be a good recruit for WP. He only played 1 league game for Perth which was in 2024 against WCE at Northam. I thought he played alright and did some good things but was dropped after that one game. He played on Hutchison who had just been picked up in the mid season draft, and who has mainly played AFL since. Fairbank had some injuries this year and couldn’t really push his case for a league berth.

Surprised I’m not seeing players from our Mortlock district appearing on your list after the constant sniping from your ex president (the Teflon Don) on 91.3fm about how we don’t attend awards nights when he travels there for piss ups.

Unlike Perth DF, where they need to be paid overs in cash, just to get them in the front door, let alone stay…pretty sure the Corio clan didn’t come cheap…everyone needs to recruit if you want to be competitive these days…regardless if you are flush or not.

The DEES are becoming a destination Club.
No paper bags needed, they are playing for the love of the DEES and Lathlain, the best ground in the competition.
