EF outs so far who played league in 25, are Leggett , Tassone, Hodge and Paholski. No doubt more to come with the usual cull of those mid tier sorts after end of year exit interviews. Heard HMarsh and Eardley keen to go round again…but hey lot of water to go under the bridge till round 1 next year.

Huge out’s for Peel Brodie and Reidy. Technically Freo players as was Narkle but they played almost exclusively for the Chunder. I wouldn’t be counting Jenkinson as a recruit. Jed Kemp an out along with Simpson.

South Fremantle Out:
Haiden Schloithe (confirmed)

Willie Rioli will be an in when the points cap finer detail is confirmed as he is only a 1 point player
and I believe the Jeremy Finlayson matter would only be possible if point allocations are revised - in other words Ruscoe or Hughes had their points values reduced
in any case we will have retirements named in due course

Aiden Clarke an out for Swans

Someone said here recently who seemed to do his homework, that players that are recruited with a higher points value get halved after 3 years on the list. Those two wouldn’t qualify for a points reduction mate but after 2026 Winders points would be halved.

If you are confident Willie can fit in your salary cap and he will come then you are odds on to go back to back.

Finlayson should be playing AFL. His wife was battling cancer wasn’t she?

TF you need to add in brackets where players are coming from ie (AFL), (Peel) etc and going to.

Trey Ruscoe already had one year out of the VFL system before transferring to South Fremantle , I think Winder may qualify for a point reduction given he wasn’t a topliner and Jason Carter has left South Fremantle already
Hughes is fresh out so points won’t be lessened there I believe
The determination may indicate how this all pans out

Freo are looking for a mature ruck in the pre season drafts they are looking at Teakle amongst others. There you go a ready made good ruck will be an in for peel. How nice for them

Teakle, Boyd, Crossley and Eastland would all surely be on Freo’s radar…even Hamish Free, after his season this year with SF…

KC, surprised Foley wants out of Subi…missed this season with injury, Subi would be disappointed if this is the case, especially after an injury riddled 2025. If fit would be a good get for any club.
