Time to give some of the young in form guys a crack for the last 4 games, what is there to lose?
What a shambles the WA team has turned into in a few short years. Wylie and Fanning need to be in the team in the 2nd half of the year along with Beardman. Got to give these guys some experience. Bancroft, Cartwright, Marsh, Whiteman and Gannon are all in the twilight of their careers and are of limited value going forward into the next era

Mike quite incredibly it looks like we (WA) have put the BBL ahead of our own Shield chances with resting the likes of Paris, Kelly etc for a must win SS game!

easily the worst performance for a couple of years
that was a 3rd string opposition
and they got belted
the usual 80 or 90 runs from more than 40 overs to start with is just killing this state

Seems that Mitch Marsh is stepping out of first class cricket at the end of the current season.
He has had an up and down career. At one stage, as he said himself the mosted hated cricketer in Australia . Very harsh I reckon.
He has always been larger than life in his time in the lime light. Even when copping unwarranted abuse.

He did nothing to deserve that. But there was a lot of hatred from Tother Siders. Both the Marsh boys copped it. Surely you read the bile spewed out on social media.
Outside the Tests,I stumble into the Cricket every now and again.Khawajaâs been copping it lately.Some of it unsavoury and unwarranted,but with legitimate criticism,he hasnât exactly done himself many favours of late.
Not even close to what Marsh has copped.
Probably took Steve Smithâs spot at some stage or one of the rat pack and their supporters didnât like it.
Didnât know the theatre going mob had a voice outside sport. 
I think the Marsh pile on started when his dad was a selector at some stage and there was a perception around that the Marsh boys were getting preferential treatment because of this. Like a lot of stuff on social media it was spread around by keyboard warriors who wouldnt know one end of a bat from the other

Mind you,certain Sporting bodies on a Certain Platform,are bound to have their Bots that Troll around various forums.
They trigger enough frivolous complaints,⌠
Nothing against people expressing their opinions online. Many people go too far and make it a personal attack on individuals which is what happened to Marsh. I think we all need to remember that professional sports people are all under a lot of pressure and online criticism about individuals has the potential to lead to mental health issues which has happened to Glen Maxwell and Ben Stokes amongst others. Sure express an opinion about the skills and merits of selection but stray away from personally attacking people who have probably achieved far more than us in life (e.g Usman Khawaja)
