V the Jerkers

Some good in’s but still think we’ll get pumped by the garlics up on their shit heap.

Ins: Richard BARTLETT, Michael BRAUT, Patrick MULLANE, Sonny SIANO
Outs: Campbell HENDERSON, Kieren DOUGLAS, Hudson WALKER, Lachlan HENDERSON

Cheers, BC. I’m going to miss my first game of the season.

Think we’ll lose too, but should be more competitive. You never know.

I like the ins and am stupidly confident

Wow BC, I thought you were a bit more refined than that, garlics up on their shit heap, thats not like you mate. Is it that the loot is diminishing at the club or the brown paper bags have run out. I’ll be there in the cold. Keep well my friend.

G’day Winger. I was being kind mate. I could have said a lot worse given the history of the 2 clubs. I had my youngest son over tonight for a few beers and dinner and I was actually retelling him about the good old days on FootyGoss when it was carnage on any given night.

Those were the days with Po Cocko, Vince, Buddhaguts, Cardy et al.

Did you ever look at the forum on the Subi website before Footygoss BC? There was some crazy stuff on that before they closed it down. Subigirl comes to mind

Rain forecast all day to today, all ovals are totally waterlogged, some worst than others. If Claremont oval was a lake last week it will be an ocean today. Subi n Joondy will need their floaties for sure. Heard Joondy have recruited a couple of local surf club lifesavers just in case.

Geez not sure whether to thank or curse Subi for that win over WP today…all it has done is prolong my agony as an EF fan, watching EF stagger a tad longer in 2025…

Caught a bit on the stream. Bartlett doing the business. Great for him.

Great win in tough conditions. Clearly the state of the ground brought us into it, but you don’t win those types of games without real effort and endeavour.

Very good from Mayo, Clark, Schofield, Borchet, Bartlett did some good things, Savigni and Cooley had a real dip. I also thought Robbins put pressure on the ball carrier and young Burke held his own.

If there’s a team in the comp who I really enjoy knocking out of finals contention it’s the jerkers.

My stupid confidence was ratified. Gees I thought Mayo was amazing for a big guy in those conditions. And Borchet also - massive efforts. Bartlett showed his potential.

Mayo was very good the week before against us as well.
Like Archer May before the mid season draft I am surprised he hasnt got another opportunity in the afl, mobile, strong marking 195cm long kicking left footers dont grow on trees!

I think 2 knee reco’s cruelled any chance of that BH.

Subi have had 3 excellent wins this year. Makes up for a poor season.

No it doesn’t JL.

At home to Peelmantle this week, so must give ourselves some sort of a silly chance.

Oh dear, Subi are back lol

Liam Hickmott’s injury early in the game didn’t look good. Walked off slowly holding his ribs, you would imagine that’s his 2025 done.

Haha. Wins do feel better when they’re rare, though.

Well the talk on WAFL World tonight was Kyle Horsley has told the Eagles he won’t be working for them next year. Sounds like you might be getting the band back together. If he takes the reigns no doubt other former premiership teammates will jump on board.
