That is big news RnB if correct. It would be a huge win if we were to get Horse back after a couple of years in the AFL system. We just need to get cracking in the recruiting stakes to turn the ship around.
All starts there BC. Get key personal in place off the field and other good people usually follow. If Horsley takes the reigns he’ll probably attract the likes of Priddis, Rumble, Pickett etc back to the club and maybe Brad Smith.
Smith did a bit of coaching at Perth when German was there but I saw him at Mandurah on Saturday around the Perth huddle seemed to be mentoring young WC NGA Koby Evans. I’m guessing he’s got a role with the 18’s or at WC.
Priddis is already on the seniors coaching panel and looks after the midfield although in saying that, there’s not much there to coach other than Greg Clark and Taj Schofield.
Fair enough you should also have some extra points and salary to use in the off season. You probably need an A grade recruiter. Assuming you still have some strong contacts in the VFL.

Horse would be good we see what happens but as mentioned whoever gets the gig has the job ahead of them.
