Yep. That was pretty ordinary after half time as I thought we were a good chance to get up given the comparative teams. We were smashed through the midfield with half the inside 50s and minus 20 clearances.
I can’t see us winning the next 2 and other results falling our way to make the five.
Yes, a lot of tipsters will be disappointed with that result from this afternoon.
Hard to take. But we tried hard. Just got thrashed around the ball.. Blight and Savigni kept us in the game. Flynn too big. Malachi hurt us at times, too.
Schoey senior coached with gusto. Used every trick in the book but they had too much punch. They umpires did us no favours with those marking contest frees.

Stupid comments by Clark in the Worst I thought. Smacked of absolute arrogance and lack of respect for the competition. He obviously had a good ride on the end of the Subiaco dominant era and thinks now it’s just going to happen after a couple of lean years. Reality Clarky is your club has dropped back in the pack due to the retirements of several interstate recruits that served your club very well over a long period of time.
Now you don’t have the cash rolling in you have to compete on a level playing field like most of us do.
Their Pre Game Functions,or lack of them this year due to Budget Cuts seem to be evidence of their supposed endless pits,running dry.
