Good test here. Perth have a lot of good players in their squad. Just haven’t put it together yet.

Hey Hinch I only noticed a couple of weeks ago that we got Jacobs from Subi? How did that happen! Its normally players leaving Perth not the other way round. He wasnt part of some trade for JKT / Doogs or something was he?

Nah, he was struggling with work in the country and training. Was also looking for more opportunities and grabbed his chance as players do and must from time to time.
Thanks LH, he is a very good player and I rate him.
Very fit and hard at it, head over the ball etc and a good size as well as versatile.
You don’t give us many but thanks for Julian.

Well, he wasn’t the first WAFL player to switch clubs and he won’t be the last. Sometimes it’s just a matter of having a lot of players in the same ilk. He, Blechynden, Davey, Phelan, were all coming from colts into seniors at roughly the same time. That’s footy.
David Robbins was probably the best we picked from Perth even tho he never played for the Demons. Was apparently signed by them before he saw the light !!
Id say Marc Webb…pity we couldnt see muddy was gonna be half arsed last season & pissed him off at the end of 2011 & appointed Webby before the tiges got hold of him, a very respected & liked man & more importantly a great leader…
I’m not up with the rest of the selections but I would like the big fella and young Woods to be given a crack - Anyway they’ll get a chance down the track just have to keep on performing like Bogie has and then they have to pick them !!!
Well I take my hat off to Schoie. Bold selections. According to the final 22 in the paper, Bogensperger, DeLuca, Wood, Madut and McDougall have all come into the side.
A lot of coaches wouldn’t have had the guts to make these kinds of changes while the season is still alive.
Win, lose or draw, it had to be done. The way it was wasn’t working.

Pretty good effort against a good side I thought. Liked the look of Wood, McDougall will only get better as will Madut. Sheed will be a very good afl player & Bogan looks good too although well beaten by a class player. Good game from Daniels.
