Interesting.
Did Fremantle make some late changes to their Team against the Cats?
So then, they pull their Peel Team from Public View and their opponents follow suit?
Is this going to be a repeat excercise by the AFL Clubs for this Season?

It’s bullshit
The teams are still showing on the WAFL website.
You have to select Pre Season WAFL League each time you go on there.
Yes it’s back up but it looks like they have changed their side.
All that fun and games for a Scratch Match.

Looks like Scerri left behind by Freo, pacy small forward. And Sweid in for Sharp.
Charlie Constable was saying that Charlie Dean is straight into the leadership group.
IMHO, he will be the most significant recruit in the WAFL this year.
Getting flogged so far 6.4 to 1.6. I’m not there but very ordinary skills I’m hearing.
Peel got a man mountain ruckman from the Myrtleford league Troy Cosser 207cm and 100 kegs. Obviously not happy their big brother let Reidy go.
Website fucked showed quarter time already before the match started so now showing match has ended stuck on 3/4 time score. Last qtr in progress.
8.12 to 5.6 I’m told Peel in front.
Last score I heard for us was 8.12 to 6.6.
Heard Schlensog has a calf and will be out for a month. Hopefully that happened last week because he didn’t play in the intraclub.
Apparently new ruck Zac Harding was very good, rested at 3/4 time. Jaques and Hill injured in the ressies who won by 6 goals. Probably looks like Harding was a good signing with Edwards and Jaques injured.
The only match showing scores correctly is the SF v Eagles. Second qtr 6.6 to 5.2 probably half time. Other games showing like ours Qtr time 0 0
8.16 - 6.9 in the end
If they amended the scores before they were taken down,I didn’t notice.
Have our Futures from last year been drinking their own bathwater?
You’re not playing Futures now boys!
The Competition at Colts Level is Fierce!
Gotta Step Up here!
Sick of hearing how we’ve got a talented group of 16’s coming through but never seems to flow through to colts.
Not a very good game but the good news it was only a scratch match.
I did go and was disappointed we seemed to be chasing all day and some of our decision making and skills were terrible.
Jaques hyperextended a knee. Her was walking around and when I spoke to him he seemed to be in good spirits. Hopefully it is not bad.
However, for me there was some good news.
Kirk will be a gun. Got to the ball heaps but his skills were off. Give him some time to get the pace of our game.
Freddie Brayshaw looks more advanced than Colts, so he will play at senior level. Not sure about League early on but he did not look out of place.
I can confirm that we have the recruit of the year. Charlie Dean looks a gun, and his kicking is superb, he will marshall our backline.
E Scoble has not put on a heap of weight IMHO, but will develop further, he a Dean are our guns.
Sing played a lot of the game in the midfield, but ended the game down back. Where he and Taylor will be gun back ups to Dean and Scoble.
Johnstone played most of the game up forward.
Gee Peel are good at head high tackles, and they get away with it.
Constable copped a smack in the gob late in the 2nd quarter, no free kick of course but didn’t re-appear. Suspect at least some stiches.
Young Zack Harding has a future IMHO. He was given a chance and acquitted himself well, took a couple of great marks. He did play under different rules to the big log from over East. But he competed and shows some skills at ground level.
I will re-iterate that it was only a scratch match and a lot of leadership was missing.
So no points lost.
Hoping for a better effort against SD next week.
Please someone tell me,with a few exceptions, that was our fringe players playing Colts this afternoon.
Otherwise the excess of night games are going to feel mighty cold this Winter. It was pretty hard work to watch against a mob who didn’t Win diddly last year!

Rusty as fk. Highlight of the game was Johnno screaming out “you c*nt” after shanking yet another forward entry. The Centrelink bogans loved it.
Well the Futures stole it,after being pulled apart in the middle Quarters.
Did they both swap sides?
I’m happy for them, but after what happened to the Colts today, you take that with a pinch of Salt.
19/03 Postscript - Colts have about 20 Ins and Outs this week,so nearly everyone gets a crack at the action, before the Season proper starts.
I suppose to put it into perspective we had about 7 lads make their league debut today, 5 from Perth along with new recruits Hallett and Brayshaw. Missing were Parfitt, Schlensog, Glass-McCasker, Paton, Taylor, Gardiner. Edwards I assume is injured.
And Kirk, Harding
Edwards was in the Geelong room after the game- his brother debuted.
You guys have been crowing all pre-season- back to the bottom for you guys I think
