With Paton out for a while, Archer Gardiner is a logical replacement.
From what I have heard, he may have been first choice anyway.

I missed due to a pending appointment and the scores weren’t posted on the WAFC’s Fixtures and Results page.
Dating back to 2024,our Futures boys have Won 8 straight,before this Season,keeping in mind they only played 7 games last year.
I think it was cancelled.
That would sense,given the lousy Heat.
Maybe the game will get played midweek,…?

Never got 'round to asking him about his Status,but hopefully back by Mid-Season after the Injury he sustained last Season.

Late in the season at earliest. Didn’t get the surgery done til about late October. Then he may not risk it and give it more time until 2027.

One error by Paul here but overall I rate him as the best interviewer of WAFL players and Coaches - up against good competition including Jacob Landsmeer and John Townsend.

Many big names missing Parfitt playing finals in the NT I was told last week, Schlensog, Glass-McCasker, Davis, Taylor, Edwards, Jaques all missing.
New recruits Harding, Kirk, Dean and Brayshaw to play. 12.40 start.

I hope there’s no injury concerns with Schlensog and Edwards.
Edwards was hobbling last Friday but still managed to kick 3 goals but didn’t reappear after half time.
The League list seems to have disappeared from the WAFL site.
Hope the Club brings team sheets.
