Now the filthy rich prick has got his team of lawyers providing lengthy submissions to the minister for immigration that will delay the decision. This guy just doesn’t get it, fuck off home you prick and don’t come back.
And now it’s far too late - the judge has spoken.
As for the minister, he is “in consideration”. Make of that what you will.
Heard on the news yesterday said minister is in no hurry to make a deliberation either!
More and more of his story is unravelling.
Test wasnt conducted on 16th,
Lied on Immigration form about Spain,
[quote=“DD post=215962 userid=1749”]A German newspaper has potentially uncovered more lies and appears Serbian health authorities could be behind it. It appears there’s been a lot of dodgy shit going on with the timing of his positive and negative tests for Covid.
It appears they switched the dates of the positive and negative test so he could fly to Australia. That on top of lying on his border pass declaration is inexcusable and it will be a total farce if the immigration department allows him to stay.
I think this saga is the final nail in the coffin for SloMo and his cohorts. Now brace yourselves for at least a couple of terms of the Australian Labor Party in power in Canberra.
Huge claim Novak’s Covid test ‘manipulated’: https://www.news.com.au/sport/tennis/australian-open/experts-suggest-novak-djokovics-positive-covid19-test-was-manipulated/news-story/a0c25d0babc10f347bbab1668034b347

yep that is a brilliant investigation.
[quote=“Senior Seagull post=215966 userid=922”]The courts decision to find in Novax’s favour was all to do with Border force not complying with their own instruction regarding a timeframe for Novax to provide a reason why his visa should not be revoked. They demanded his response well before the timeframe they had given him, so the judge said, BF pharked up, which was nothing to do with Novax, so threw the case out.
If BF are going to stipulate a time by which he had to respond then they must stick to it. If they had, we wouldn’t be having this discussion. It aint the feds or the states that carry the responsibility for this, it’s Border force and ultimately the minister responsible for Border Force needs to take disciplinary action and make sure we dont have a repeat of this massive clusterfuck.
If the immigration Minister finds “irregularities” in Novax’s documents or proof he has lied about having Covid and not doing iso before he came here then he needs to act asap and send this dickhead home with a do not return for 3 years penalty.

Border Force is the Feds.
Mate Im not entirely sure that the time frame was the reason the court allowed him to stay, The Prosecution dropped the case at the last minute, you may be right it was the time, but I thought it was more about them not having enough to say he was not medically exempt.
Apparently has been pencilled in and named in the draw, people tell me.
This whole stupid saga could be turned into a new game.
Perhaps call it, Where’s the minister!!

That’s due to Novax and his legal team holding things up with submissions. It could drag on into the tournament where he plays then is arrested and taken into detention and put on a plane. The guy is a disgrace and has damaged his legacy beyond repair.
GONE
And good riddance, hope they slap him with a 3 year exclusion order as well.

But the grubs lawyers are set to file an injunction which could mean this could drag on for weeks and in the meantime he gets to play at the Australian Open The guy is a dead set flog of the highest order. If he thinks people didn’t like him before he’s got no idea what’s in store for him. I would be kicked out of Rod Laver Arena if I was there so I can just imagine what a farce the Open will turn into. Probably violence in and outside the stadium. What a DICKHEAD.

Which is probably why old tiley wanted him included in the draw the other day! Obviously that should not have happened! This stupid saga sounds like dragging on even longer.

If his visa has been cancelled then he should be put straight back into a detention centre like EVERYBODY ELSE IS.
Not over yet. He’s going to appeal.
The same d.head judge is overseeing the latest appeal, and he seems very sympathetic towards the habitual liar,so be prepared for the worst.
His lawyers will string it out, he’ll play and he’ll win. He’ll leave and give Australia the bird and say I don’t want visit your shithole of a country anyway. Surely karma will step in somewhere.
Not that he needs the coin but it’s going to cost him huge money in sponsorship and endorsements. Who wants to put their brand behind this dipstick now apart from the local Serbian butcher?
Apparently the 2nd hearing is being presided over by three judges, instead of one.
Going to be interesting to hear how many dollars the second court case is going to cost all you tax payers.
GONSKI.
