LMFAO when I heard that Djokovic had stuffed up his visa application and faced deportation and a possible 3 year ban from re entering Australia.
Thank heavens the border authorities dont play favourites like the Vic health department do and apply the rules to him like any other punter trying to get into Australia. He is appealing to the Fed court but the only way out for him is if the border authorities have made a mistake, there is no other avenue to appeal. Best case for him is that he is deported but can come back once he gets his papers in order. Whoever in his team stuffed up will be looking for a new job.
The pathetic Serbian President is calling it harassment by the Oz government, he should be supporting other countries border rules not demeaning them.
As far as I’m concerned Djokovic can phark off for 3 years like anyone else who’s breached our rules.
Expect to see the local Serbian community out in force protesting the decision, maybe we can check their status and Djokovic can have some company on his flight home.
A Serbian Doctor wouldn’t get medical accreditation to operate in Australia,even though the Slav medic who gave the exemption,was probably a Belgrade capsicum or chilli farmer.
Yes without having the facts, it’s not beyond reason to think that it might be easy to get whatever medical report one desires in a country like Serbia, especially if you have plenty of money.

Saw a poll on FB, some 60k replies with nearly 100% saying piss off back home. The idea he’s being held captive is BS, he’s free to grab his rackets and head home when ever he likes, but if he chooses to stay while his court case proceeds, he will stay in hotel detention, it’s his choice. I think once the fed court throws out his challenge he will be sent home but they will not impose a 3 year re-entry ban.

I’m in full support of Novak, singlehandedly he has exposed the hypocrisy that most of you ppl have been brainwashed by, ashamed to be an Australian atm. Its all changing though as ppl wake up to all the bullshit they have been fed for a cough and cold the past 2 years

This sorry saga (which should not have even reached this stage) simply and clearly highlights the deep divisions and gigantic double standards of this country. This saga has shown ordinary people are left floundering around like a beached whale, whilst preferencial treatment is given to others.
