Crickets

hahaha

Yes of course there’s crickets.
Would have been bloody fantastic to have 2 Wafl teams in the GF, sadly we only have one!
I have Zero interest next week. Not sure of others.

Now that the Swannies are out, I will be a Royals supporter this weekend. Hopefully they can win their first flag in 22 years

Peel made a huge statement after 1/4,yesterday.This Peel side might be as good as thoes fully loaded sides. That narrowly deteated Subi, two years in a row.Lucky break was getting over a wasteful Claremont.
Hope the Royals can do it.Think they backed of a bit in the second half v Swans.Just wanted a winning result.
The Royals are a big Wafl side.Think they can physically challenge Peel.Really good spread of bigs, mids+smaller players.
Like the Sharks last year.Jump Peel early who look like, slow, starters. And just keep the pressure up by scoring regularly.

I wasnt particularly impressed with Peel yesterday. They are susceptible to pressure and Swans bought that for 20 minutes and they looked all at sea. Swans fell away badly and of course Peel looked a million dollars when they had only token opposition. East Perth are rested, they have a big man who can compete with Reidy and a comparable midfield. I reckon the Royals by 5 - 6 goals

In my opinion - where Subi went wrong in those two farcial Grand Finals is that they did not hit chunder hard physically and see if the AwFL boys really wanted to be there. The Royals need to put it up them, I would watch that.
Hopefully the WAFC haven’t given the umpires orders this time round

no-one has internet in Mandurah
the towers get pinched or set on fire
or computers & mobiles
they get stolen before they get unwrapped
most of the populus can’t spell or read much anyway

MASSIVE

Peel don’t have any supporters but no doubt a few thousand of the Docker connection will turn out tomorrow. East Fremantle ran the AFL boys off their feet in last years grand final. No reason why East Perth can’t do the same tomorrow.

Thank you ladies for all your kind wishes. Yes it was a magical day, certainly better than last year against the cheats. This year it was against the foreign legion. But in the end it was a well deserved win by the best team and club in the league. What a magnificent way to send off the Mayor of Mandurah. So good to see so many Peel diehards there today. What a great club we are. We will be back to go back to back again next year. Love to you all darlings.

Fair enough Big Dan . Peel were impressive today. Tough footy. They really wanted it against a desperate East Perth.

Big Dan you just wobbled over the line v Claremont
Whos colts and ressies made the GF today.
Wouldn’t be surprised if all 3 Claremont teams make the GF next year.
As a club they have more talent on their list than your 12 Afl players.

Glad to hear you have such fond memories of last years GF hammering. When you get to it later, like I am sure you will do, please felate one of your players on my behalf too, .

Dan yep you won but answer me this why is that 95% of the supporters for Peel were wearing Dockers colours and regalia. Perhaps if you are honest with yourself your supporters are really just frustrated Dockers supporters who see this as their only chance of winning any sort of premiership

How is this crab of a club (pun intended) still struggling financially whilst getting fed hand to mouth by the Fremantle Dockers? East Perth cleaned up to the tune of $800, 000 plus in their last 5 year alignment but these crabs are still paying off loans from the WAFC. What a joke that the club that’s being held afloat by the WAFC and Fremantle Dockers wins the WAFL premiership.

Good to see Big D kept their GF prediction close to his/her chest this year…last year they went hugely tits up, predicting Peel to romp home to victory over EF.

Rumor has it, 12 of the Peel premiership winning team, wont be there for Peel’s preseason …apparently they will be training with another team.

I just think it’s desperately sad that real Peel supporters cant watch a real Peel team play in the WAFL and so many kids in their lower grades will never get the opportunity to play for Peel’s league team. Gotta feel for the lads that missed the finals so these AFL blokes can come in and grab the glory (only glory they will ever experience). Only hope is that Freo will form a real reserves team and move to the VFL and we will all welcome the real Peel team back with open arms and bag full of wooden spoons.

What is interesting to me is that these AFLers are allowed to continue playing despite Freo being in mothballs.
And 2 of them are no longer on Freos list.

Thank you darlings from your continued good grace and kind wishes. It’s nice to share the jubilance. Everyone loves a winner I know. Especially one that has done it hard by being the first hybrid club in the league. Certainly won’t be the last - yes I’m looking at you East Fremantle. They say cheats never prosper. Been a joyous 24 hours since the victory and it will continue until season 2025 as we will only get stronger as a club.
