WP V EP 16/3/2013

Johnson run in the first few minutes that created a goal set the pace. Kerr’s basketball tap that created a goal was class. Johnson in the first half was outstanding, this bloke is bloody good. Manzone was ok and Fowler took some good marks. Sellers played his usual game with a couple of goals and razzer kicked a couple ripper goals. Bloody good win today, seventy six points, cant complain about that.

Nice to see the eagles and dockers take a bath. Shame none their afl coaches or supporters bothered to turn up to watch,

Missed you at the game mate..might catch you at Leederville Friday night?

That 3rd qtr was great, we blew them away and more importantly we did not stop in the last qtr…great start. :woohoo:

Peels head coach Ross Lyon was at EF today

Great win today mate, well done, good to see a few sides win today that no punters or scribes gave any hope, Swans included , hope it continues for both of us

Worsfold and his crew were watching EF v SD game and in the same grandstand Lyons and his coaching staff were also there.

So with this alignment deal you would think they would watch their WAFL club???

how bizarre

Its a meat works and they don’t care. That’s the way I look at it.

Great to smash East Perth, or the Royals, or the Eagles or whoever they are now.

They played like a club who had lost their identity. Couldn’t happen to a nicer mob.

Go Falcons!!!

Crowd didn’t look great on ABC. Looks like the AFL alignment crap has turned supporters away.

You are right Gull. I reckon the pizza van sold three pizzas all day. Normally the East Perth area is full, not yesterday. No AFL and ripper day should of brought them out of the wood work.

Probably had something to do with the fact that 20 thousand people attended the rugby yesterday afternoon from what I hear. That would have impacted on the wafl for sure?

Nice work WP beating the eagles and every body tipped you to lose. Great result for clubs who didn’t sell out

Well done Falcons beating East Perf Eagles easily.Great to see the young fellas comin through, liked Roddas game,Johnson was awesome for first gamer, liked Pettigrews game also, maybe going to stand up this year after average last year.Nelson,Browne,Hunt all in for big year.
To all the "EXPERTS"that have picked the Falcons to finish bottom third on the table, stick that in ya pipe and smoke it  .Apparrently Ross Wilson picked the Falcons to finish top, onya mate.
Go The Mighty Falcons!!

Just finished watching the game as I recorded it, couldn’t get there due to cricket GF (we won). WP were outstanding and we certainly have a new sense of urgency. I was more impressed with our experienced players, Hunt was brilliant along with Pettigrew, Tedesco, Razor,Slick and Salla and Fowler (big fan of him) thats how you rate how your club is performing.

Very impressive debut for Johnson, Kerr is a ripper to say the least and Manzone will offer a lot throughout the season too, Rhodda is an unassuming likely type. Early days but a surprisingly easy 1st up win v the Ferals, did not take sniper Swan long to go in the book, he is dead set mid season retirement material.

Look forward to this Friday night v Subi who have had a very good pre-season and we won’t be given too much room to move with them.

Leedy, we had a power failure and the recording is lost. Mate can you give me a copy of the game.

Good victory, East Perth fans stayed away in their droves any thing to read in to this.

Great effort by the munchers with plenty of options up front and plenty of midfield run, we will need to be at our very best to keep up with you lot next friday. Watched it on Aunty and the crowd was poor but it was hot and on TV so that probably kept a few away.

While I’m as critical of the Royal sellouts as anyone I think and I’ll stand corrected, they only had 2 listed players in their league team, the same as WP?. I think Peel had around 8 and EF 4 or 5, so it was an indication of what home grown talent the sellouts can field at the moment. A few would have been held out by WC. Next year with full alignment will be a different story.

What Rugby game was that!!I don’t think there was a rugby game played here at all on the weekend.
The Force played in QLD and we don’t have a Rl side here.I am sure that there was no RL played here on the weekend..

I can give you a copy if you like Winger, but it would be quicker for you to re- tape the game, the ABC1 channel replay the game on a Wednesday morning @ 3am, check your guide for time as it may have changed from last year.
