George et al I have as have the other EP supporters weathered the criticism (some justified, some silly and some vitriolic) abt the alignment, so the question must be asked why would you delete a discussion point abt an incident that occured at Basso on Saturday.
I thought that this was a site where we all took the punches, gave as good as we got and did not bleat abt it!
The game was a good game and showed some talent on both sides, the side-light was another thing and needed to be raised as a fair point for others to laugh, poke fun or get concerned abt!

reasonable points about what happened.mike h is a swans supprter and his comment was deleted.i have two comments deleted and i am not abusive and don’t swear i just use legitimate debate but it looks like you cannot make a comment that puts swans in a bad light even if you are a swanny’s supporter.
hey grump my response to mike h who was dissapointed about the scoreboard incident.i commended him on a fair comment and mentioned the stats of afl players and zone players each team had.don’t know which comment was objectionable in that we are playing more home grown talent then swans are.they also deleted mike h’s comment and he’s a swanny’s supporter.
I also was disappointed that the comments were deleted. Some of the Swans fans around me were quite amused by the stunt as is their right. I was a bit embarrassed to be honest. No matter what our views on the alignment we need to keep our actions civil and I thought it was disrespectful to our opposition for the day
I suspect that the hosts of this site may have been concerned that the reported incident could be regarded as defamation & was therefore was removed. However, I do think if a comment is removed for such reasons there should be a statement or reason given for such removal.
Good pick up Puppy, I had forgotten about the first post on that thread which had some quite unsavoury stuff in it. The moderators probably couldn’t delete that post without deleting all the subsequent posts. So it was probably fair enough
hey puppy i think it is more than that.i have had two comments deleted.i mentioned in one thread that the 18 non eagles that played for east perth played very well against swans and that comment has disappeared.my reply to mike was that i commended him on his fairmindedness and compared how many afl and non zone players each team played on saturday.we had more home grown talent in the league and reserves.i think someone is being precious and whether you like it or not all supporters are due respect and a forum for legitmate debate so long as it isn’t slanderous and not using foul language
