Who will be front runners in B Grade

It is an early start this year with the games starting in 2 weeks. Quite a few scratch match’s coming up which will give us an early indication of how the season will go.
it looks like Ny Lawley will be a big improver with numerous recruits with WAFL experience and the club being very pro active on the recruiting with the club adding an extra team.
Collegians and Wembley had tough seasons in A Grade last week and will look to bounce back. Teams coming down don’t usually make the 5 first season back and they may struggle.
Wanneroo where definite underachiever last year and will being wanting make amends this season.
Ocean Ridge Whitfords and Bullcreek will need big improvement on last year .
Baldividwon the C1 last year and will start favourites for the flag I feel as the clubs coming up usually always do well and Baldivis are a big club and have plenty of players to choose from. Melville are back and will also worry the opposition and I feel woll make the finals.

I think Wembley and collegians will be better than you think first year back. Collegians always have a strong colts with more than one team so will have talent to drop down with. Mt Lawley should be a big improver and have done well to recruit. Wanneroo I expect to be strong like last year.

Has baldivis kept their wafl level talent from last year?

I agree that swan ath, whitfords, bull creek, ridge would all need to improve. Melville have never really looked settled in the jump to B grade so will see if that changes.

I am hoping ML are improvers. Think Wembley, Wanneroo will be right up there. Ath may struggle with Melville and not sure on Baldivis. Anyone know of any clubs and players that clubs have picked up or lost?

Also any scratch match info that have been played. I know ML played yesterday but not sure of the results there.

You would have have Mt Lawley as the big improvers purely by the amount of WAFL talent it looks like they have recruited. It looks like their committee has worked very hard in the off season re recruiting not only elite players but also the volume of players with them nominating a 5ths.
The bigger clubs with the most teams will always be strong at this level with so many players to chose from so we should see Wanneroo and Collegians get back around the mark. Both have 5/6 senior teams so that will keep them strong.
Swan Ath has strong colts so should see them move up the ladder.
Baldivis also have 6 teams and we’re convincing C1 premiers last year so they should finish top 3

Mt Lawley have recruited well. Plenty of new young kids also coming into the club this year.

My Lawley played Roleystone in a scratch match on the weekend for an easy win I hear.

I think the Roleystone game was for the lower grades. The senior sides played Carlisle and apparently the res won by 33 goals and league by 17 goals. Any other matches around the place?
