With the Hawks sitting on top of the ladder where do you see them being say this time next year. Will they still be the power side that they have been for the last few years?
With some aging stars beginning to slow down, could we see them fall from grace next season.
they have some exciting new talent coming through, but with the loss of players like Hodge, Mitchell and Lewis maybe next year, or the year after, will they falter.I can’t see all three of them being there at the end of 2017.There is no guarantee that they will see Roughead back in the jumper again.Sadly as it may be,we have to face that fact.
Also among those who are getting close tot he end are Burgoyne(34),Gibson(32),so with that the dynasty we see now could dissipate very quickly.
Some of their younger player have looked good, but will they falter when the rocks that have held the side together for so long, leave. Duryea, Hill,Litherland,Sicily etc will they be good enough to take the next step to keep the Hawks as a side to be feared as they are right now?
A lot of questions, any answers.
