Reasonably impressive display from the Eagles yesterday, but they were only playing a very sick dogs team. Had a thought from leftside, will Ryan develop to a point where he can help out the midfield?
It was a good win.
You would have thought Bulldogs on the rebound on there home ground that it would have been a tougher game.
Still you have to go out there and perform and they did.
As for Ryan maybe after another pre-season or two he may get a run in the midfield but for the right now he’s that missing link the forward line has needed for years.
They said on the broadcast that Ryan was from Geraldton. Is that true? If so, how did he end up at Subi?
I thought he was from East Perth(colts) and was cleared to Subi.
Mind you I’m not 100% sure,it could be someone else I’m thinking of.
East Freo
How do you reckon he ended up at $ubi after EP brought him down from Gero?$?$
However he got to where he is now and good for him I might say, he would never have gone to the drug and salary cap cheats at Bogandean.

Shane Yarran!
Jeez, how bad are the dogs going, reckon they will be bottom 2 or 3 by the looks.
Maybe Freezin can shed some light on what’s gone wrong at the kennel? Did they bask in the glory of a long overdue premiership too long?
Doggies have a few out from their premiership side, but they are travelling at half rats pace. They will finish bottom four from what I see.
How did the Doggies start favourites for the game!!!If ever the Eagles were going to win a game in Melbourne it was this one.Any one who selected the doggies had the be a totally one eyed supporter, or a punter with a snout on his money.
