If he had 18 touches and 38 hitouts like the West said- then the answer is probably yes!
Mason Cox was very good at stoppages for Peel. Our accuracy at goal far better than Peel who had a lot more looks at it
So it got Peelmantle closer to their opponent,âŚâŚ
I take my hat off to the players yesterday from all teams playing in oppressive conditions. Hopefully it starts cooling down a bit from here on in.
Now I canât remember starting a season with no scratch matches the week before the first round. Feels weird. I guess the players will appreciate it given the long hot summer weâve had.
You wouldnât believe it.
Itâs supposed to be raining next weekend,âŚâŚ

No scores from the Eagles vs EF scratchie today. KCEF?
Found it on the WCE website. 17 point win to the Eagles.
Just looked at the 15 day forecast 27, 28 and 29 forecast for Easter Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But yeh raining from about Thursday this week all through to next Tuesday.
EF got deducted 2 goals in the last quarter? Why canât people get scores right. Seemed to happen a lot over the weekend.
Going off those goal kickiers named and their individual tallies, WCE kicked 14 goals to EF 17 goals?..can see why KC didnât bother posting any score line TBHâŚwho knows who kicked what, and how many?..sounded like a good hit out for both clubs thoughâŚif one can believe the match report attached to that scoreline.
By whom?
Champion Data,7WestMedia or both?
Be curious to know how West Coast and Peelmantle will approach their potentially VERY WET Scratch Match?
Lots of Slipping and Sliding, with Soft Tissue Injuries potentially on the radar,in a game with no Premiership Points up for grabs.I wouldnât put it past them both to cancel it!
Whilst not a Game for Premiership Points,I wonder if theWA Football Mediaâhave gone to Sleepâin their obligations to bring the WA Footy Public the correct and accurate information in simply providing the Result to us?!
Just a little shot across the bows of some in the WA Media who allegedly blackened the good name of Match Day Volunteers after the Big One last Season,âŚâŚ

One for Cardies fans.
Scratch Matches they may have been, but the past 2 weeks at Home would have been tough to watch.
Much to worry about?
There would have to be lots of concerns at JoondalupâŚ0 wins across all 3 grades in pre-season with some big losses.
League thumped twice, particularly concerning the loss to Subiaco when you look at their line upâŚMeadows, Alexandre, Demarte, Knott, Rotham x 2, Guadagnin, Hinder, Nelson, Bevan, Dixon, Lynch, Keitel, West, Rundle all League regulars and all played. Not many to come in - Pegoraro, JohnsonâŚBlack
Well I guess weâll get a little better picture of their prospects Tiger, when they take on a Tigers Team without Bolton, after all those years!
We will, playing for 4 points can change pre-season form pretty quicklyâŚbut Iâm not seeing anything new from WP that we havenât seen for the last few years atm.
Couldnât get to the game on Saturday because of a commitment in Bunbury but surprised at the scores coming through on the day. The Subi boys have been pretty rapped in what they saw and probably rightly so but preseason can be a bit deceptive sometimes.Lots of the right noise is coming from the club this season regarding attitude and focus (probably the same from all clubs this time of the year)but Iâm still hopeful we might surprise a lot of people this season.Need to make a statement against CL at home first up to get a bit of confidence âŚa big ask but doable
Youâve got EP first up.
I think Feds is a garlic muncher
Quite correct Frothy.. the heart beats true
