well the secret is out - Mr Barich got on his knees and begged for leniency on the grounds of receiving equalisation measures from the WAFC and how severe penalty would nullify those measures in entirety
It is confirmed that Perth already had a previous serious indiscretion (the Chris Bossong matter of deliberate contract overpayment in 2007 or 2008) and were given severe initial sanctions , some of which have been kept.
Perth have been issued a harsh reminder that if there are any further breaches , their WAFL licence is toast - gone.
It doesn’t matter what is said or intimated - Perth have been caught cheating for a second time officially by the WAFC as Herr SS Kommandant Robertswitz has confirmed
End of story move on

Pretty obvious 7WEST and Barich had hand in getting them off the hook via back room WAFC deals, stinks to high heaven of corruption.
I couldnt give a rats if the offending club havent won a flag for 100 years or not played finals for 50 years
RULES ARE RULES thats why we have them!
OR change the rules!

FFS Strongbow don’t crap on about fairness unless you want to include zones in that discussion. Otherwise, discussion over. Even the commission has acknowledged without mentioning the word zones, but it is implied, that Perth has struggled on field for a very long period of time and we ALL KNOW WHY.

you keep on about zones & fairness - ya getting boring - move on
now think yourselves lucky with the wafc outcome & their leniency and we ALL KNOW WHY

Yeh aren’t we so lucky to be kissed on the cock with the shittiest zones in the WAFL and given leniency for salary cap transgressions whilst given salary and points cap concessions so we can be compete for a short period of time. Farrrrk off numb nuts.
Hahaha, Love the argy bargy. It almost reminds me of the halcyon FG days where posters couldn’t see any wrong with their team and everyone else was an arsehole.
WAFC got legal opinion about Perth FC’s punishments
it offered up that the sanctions would undermine their own equalisation measures
and be a compromise
additionally Barich pleaded guilty which reduced the original penalty to a 3 game slap
which was then reduced to a suspended 2 game sanction plus the 5 cap points
note: the original penalty was high very bloody high as much as 4 games plus 15 cap points along with a big dollar fine which I believe has been almost halved to $25 000
kicker: next indiscretion sees no Perth FC in the comp

Where do you dream this shit up Southerner seriously? You all pleaded guilty and got reductions and your next discretion will be harsher.
your club had a previous deliberate breach mate and it’s why the original sanctions were high

I would say that Bossong affair back in 2009 had nothing to do with these new penalities under a new system. That was 15 years ago. Shit even murders, rapists and filthy pedos probably get a discount if they’ve been a good boy for 15 years.
I don’t think there were match penalties in play back then. You have served your penalty, ours is suspended for two years but we will have the commission bean counters auditing us for the next two years so that hopefully ensures we don’t fuck up again.
I hope next time we knock you off at your home ground then our president and CEO and other board members are draped in Perth colours sitting in your members at the invitation of your President and they stand on their feet and cheer like fuck when we hit the front and the final siren sounds. Just like your disrespectful lot.
yep of course you can cheer when you win
winning sides get to get to do that after a game
we served our hit after doing what the WAFC promised to do for them
helping a severely injured player
can’t say the same about your lot - all of us know what you’ve done twice now
up there with the lovechild’s 3 times mate
One thing you gifted clubs can’t stand is the thought of Perth being able to compete with you on level terms and knock you off. I’m sure you’ll just sit there politely if our club hierarchy are sticking it to you in your members area. Yeh right. Lol ?
Looking forward to our meetings in 2025. Bring it on.
DD, I’m not going to get into the argument about what’s happened to your club. I would like to throw into the ring, you blokes should have moved to Bannister Road years ago. There is a train station being built over Nicholson Road and the Perth Heat are there, it’s a gold mine for the Perth Football Club. I’m a Kenwick man so the PFC is close to me. Get into bed with the Perth Heat, share the costs and ride on the back of all the junior clubs in the area. I hated it when the Cardies moved from Leederville, but I accepted the change. Its no-good bitching about shit zones, it is what it is, move and I believe the club will find success.
if your club’s heirachy behaved like retarded pigs
then they would thrown out on their arses mate
same thing would happen anywhere
but you’d know that
That’s exactly what your retarded pigs carried on like and it won’t happen again I can tell you. Your dumb CEO made a very childish remark in response to some restrained and polite feedback about the way they were carrying on.

You’ve probably been reading my material on here Winger. I have attempted to propose this exact location to those in power at the club but it fell on deaf ears.
I think they are so far down the road with the Lathlain redevelopment they won’t entertain it but if it gets stonewalled for too much longer they should be sitting down with the City of Gosnells about this park you are talking about across the road from Perth Heat’s base. A few rugby fields there. Tom Bateman reserve if I recall correctly.
Agree mate, new choo choo line and station being built. Nicholson road station. If EF had half a brain that’s where they should have gone instead they’ve got this cluster fuck of a situation at Moss St.
