@SeniorSeagull , I thought early he was ordinary. Tryingc to find the pace of the game, but got better as the game went on.
But I enjoyed watching him play last season for Geelong.
I see enough rubbish exposed by Mediawatch,so no need to remind me.
Mate if you are fully aware of Humphries career at SD, then why was your initial post factually incorrect? I have no doubt you know better than most, and definitely me, about anything SD.
But like I said, I can see why, the clueless Vic folk think Humphries was plucked from WAFL reserves, when Humphries played 75% of his senior footy at SD in the seconds…the stats indicate that…26 reserves games and 9 league games over 2 seasons of senior footy. That’s all the clueless will see unfortunately.
Ah so he did actually play League footy then yeah?
Because according to your beloved clueless Vic commentary mates he only played WAFL Reserves and was “plucked” straight from there! ![]()
Mate…my “beloved clueless” Vic commentators have been doing that for years…apparently loads of WAFL and SANFL recruits over the years haven’t played any League footy before playing AFL/VFL…it is what it is…take it with a grain salt BH…not worth the grief…nor hair loss mate…you loselost enough watching SD I reckon over the years…especially since the 80’s 3 peat.
Though Humphries last match for SD was in the reserves…so factually they aren’t wrong mate
Did the coaches get the Awards correct in awarding Lachie Ash and Jesse Hogan the best for their teams?
Both were very good. Daicos was a bit unlucky not to get the EJ Whitten I thought.
Enjoyed the spectacle on TV ad great to see so many at a State game watching the Black and Gold, tickets sold out so quick I missed the chance to go.
Something to build on and I hope it returns.
