I would have thought Dean would at least make the Squad.
However, the upside to that is, he won’t be on centre stage for AFL recruiters.

Pretty hard for the selectors to select, if players make themselves unavailable I guess….the average WAFL fan will never truly know the background logistics behind state squad selection….it is what it is.
