Big challenge ahead as the lads in teal face West Perth on Sunday in Mandurah. 2:10 league game. I would suggest while the Sharks were good last week we can’t afford to have as many lapses and rely on coming good for 1 quarter as the Falcons are an experienced and quality side.
Hopefully the new coach Geoff gets back in time to face his old side after missing Round 1 under Covid protocols.

Combine this with what looked to be a late out with Meek, and losing Blakely, Henry, Western and Hamling from last week’s side I thought the effort was reasonable. But you just can’t give West Perth a 7 Goal head start. They are too good a team to let is back in from there.
thought young defenders in Sears and Ewing were really good, and the debutant Carroll showed some good signs in the forward line.
