One of our state legends has passed - had a great traditional rivalry with one our old boys Bernie Naylor , some of the wiser heads told me it was worth the admission coin just to see how these two guys went at it.

Talking to Ivan Glucina about a month ago and he mentioned the good old days with Ray and Bernie. The way the game was played back then was a bloody lot better than the crowded mess it is today. Very much respected man from all the blokes that played with or against him, certainly was a good innings.
When did he die? I want to tribute him on Lost WAFL
