Did you not read my earlier post before replying? The board hasnt changed much for 15 years, they have accepted all of the underperforming coaches records in that time, in fact they hired them!

4 of our losses we have just handed the win to the opposition through inept poor skills and decision making when the game has been on the line and they were good enough to take their opportunity. The other 4 losses have been just ordinary performances!

Even allowing for that,if it gets much worse this year,they would HAVE TO DRAW THE LINE!
Even a freakish close Loss to a West Perth side on its knees and crawling,might hasten the process…..
BH, those figures are telling, but they can also be the evidence for some to say that ‘really, have we been that bad?’ We have had years amongst that lot when the team did just enough to ensure that the coach was resigned, especially during Harding’s reign when he surrounded himself by backslappers who, combined, were more interested in the nags than football.
Your post says where change is needed - at the administration level - and those making the decisions on coach selection. I think the CEO’s position has been filled adequately over the years, but president? The culture has to change.
