I can see him getting probation at sentencing with a condition that if he’s convicted for any of the other felony charges against him, he goes to jail in NY.
They do have different ways to sentence in the US, you can be sentenced to 2 days per week imprisonment, then the rest of the week you do community service stuff like that.
The best thing and the thing that will irk him the most is that he cannot pardon himself. Presidential pardons only work on federal felonies and the NY governor ain’t ever gunna give into him!
The worst thing they ever did was let tricky rickie Nixon walk away scot free with a presidential pardon from Ford.

Yeah - True but you wont hear much about the scandal and corruption old man Trump was involved in when he was building the Trump empire, his old man ripped off WWII ex services mens housing schemes so much so they had a senate inquiry into it, a few greasy palms got paid off in those days and all was covered up.
