Toasters V Tiggers.

Bahaha, apologies Shark, I get my water creatures mixed up some time. I meant the closet Dockers supporter swan42.

Tuggster just needs to release the grip on his Johnson occasionally to let the blood flow back to his brain.

No you didn’t you tool, you specially called Shark58 out as a Freo supporter.

Trying to ignore all the bullsh!t flowing backwards and forwards on this thread, I thought the Eagles looked very good today.

If they can avoid too much injury damage, they will no doubt go deep into September - particularly if they get a couple of finals at Optus.

I think it’s abit presumptuous to be talking finals when the season isn’t even half way through jack. As an Eagles supporter, i’m enjoying what’s happening, but i think it’s too early to dream.

Geez West Coast crowds boo more than any other I reckon, today was almost unwatchable on TV and I would have hated to be there as they boo everything and anything including the obvious frees they had against them and even though they get a great ride at home with the maggots

Tipped the Eagles with some confidence going into this…thought it was pretty obvious they would towel Richmond up.

As for the crowd, they have been like that for years, boo and moan about everything.

No point being backwards when the mob down the road are writing out $:woohoo: 100K cheques to cover for the head goose…

Exactly. For your information this topic was about a match between the Eagles and Richmond.

What is it like being a swans & Freo supporter? Must be frustrating.

uhtb I am a Swan Districts’s supporter. I am not a freo supporter since the host club alignment. I have not watched more than the first half of a Freo game this season and I have only watched the first two quarters of their game against St Kilda.

As to what it is like to be a Swans’s supporter I am not sure which WAFL club you supported but I have supported Swans since the 1960s and whilst we have some lean times we have some really great times as well. If you are a genuine supporter you take the bad with the good.

haha, what absolute tosh, we all know your a dockers fan swan.

Bazza you know the conjoined twin to nothing.

I have never been a great fan of Jack Darling but I am happy to give credit to a bloke who so far this year is producing the sort of footy that we all thought he was capable of displaying.

As somewhat of a disillusioned Eagles supporter over the last few years I thought that was one of our best performances for quite some time.

For the Eagles to regroup after Richmond came back so hard in the 2nd quarter was fantastic.

Full credit to Nic Nat who in addition to a great ruck display, showed a preparedness to set the example and chase down and tackle which on many occasions made Richmond turn over the ball.

A great win and hopefully they can continue. Booked my flights for the Grand Final just in case

FFS , wouldn’t it be great maybe, just maybe, once we can have a decent discussion about a game or topic with out freaking morons making similar moronic comment.
I tipped the Eagles, but not with any confidence. They blew the game apart in the third quarter, when Yeo took the game by the scruff of the neck and shook it.An out standing effort from him.BOG for e.
At long last it seems that Darling is playing the football that the football world has been wanting to see.He was out standing yesterday. His marking was superb. That was a big game platform to perform on, and that is something that he hasn’t done up until yesterday. Maybe his next big test before finals comes in round 17 against Collingwood.
They played a type of football that will win games and maybe even finals, but remember that the GF is played at the MCG. A totally different kettle of fish to Optus.
But well played Eagles.

Good reply by A/M. No good getting ahead of youself. BUT keeping on the topic is when someone (say P/N) goes overboard when Essendon is mentioned.
Great crowd, a record not a Derby. Just shows that the public like GOOD football. Not rivalry

Great win and plenty of footy left in the season.
I doubt whether Simpson and his players are getting carried away with results thus far.
Early wins on the board are worth there weight in gold.

Darling for mine was clearly BOG,Yeo and McGovern were very good.
Great thing is the mids are getting it done without there best mid in Shuey.

They are playing a great brand of footy, quick tempo when required or slowing it down when they have to.
The losses will come as will the doubters who have been waiting weeks for the Eagles to slip up.

Hey sd, let’s not start this boolshite again. Take off you “I hate the Eagles” ears and eyes, listen to the game call and you’ll be very surprised to hear every team’s supporters are the same. Must really cruel you watching the Eagles having a bit of success??? Hang on, aren’t you one of the “I hate the AFL and don’t watch” it brigade?

Of course, of course baz. Funny how no other team’s supporters do that.

I think you hit the nail on the head there LS. It’s obvious people just want good footy.

Obviously not to many have been to a game in Melbourne re-booing.
Reckon the crowd up Basso way aren’t to quiet when it comes to booing especially after half time when the amber fluids kicking in.

Remember Sharkie the Eagles crowd are the only ones that boo and let’s not forget we are the only ones that leave before the end of a game.

Gee reckon some of you need to go to a big game in Melbourne then you’ll hear some booing.

Sharkie not only are the Eagles supporters the only ones that boo they’re the only crowd that leaves before the end of a game.

Bazza’s obviously not heard the SCG crowd when Buddy doesn’t get a free apparently he should get one every time he goes near the ball.
Swan dog the crowd up at Basso can get fired up with booing more times than not with the umpiring especially after half time when the amber fluid kicks in .

So your saying that the Derby was not a good game and good football played!!!
