Mate it’s called Siocial Media….and sadly youngsters today can’t live without it…..yet struggle to live with it. Pressure and adversity are relative in enormity and severity….what is a challenge to one, is an abyss to another…..I guess, there is always someone worse off then you…….but in that moment for some, sadly that someone is only them. Mental Health is too often looked upon objectively rather than subjectively……
