Up to 7 missing from that first practice match, who would be considered likely first 22…good to see young Carrello putting his hand up…hopefully Pauline, Austin and Vladich get cracks as well over the coming weeks.
Out of that 7 Strnardica and Tassone have cricket finals, Reuben im not sure if he’s 100%, Blackiston had knee soreness but will be good to go, others are just rested. From what i have been told Bill wants them to play at least 2 of the 3 pre season games.
Solid win by the Sharks on Saturday - though the game didn’t get to any great heights. Both teams looked to have a few missing - EP were hardly recognisable from the teams of the past 2 seasons. Not sure if they have injuries or resting a few so hard to get a real read. Alot of young players pressing cases for EF - many who played in last years Ressies premiership. Not a bad spot to watch footy from the grandstand if you can get in there - pity its not twice as big
Had a few out, rested a few and Strnardica had cricket but they lost on the weekend so he may play this Saturday.
Not sure about others but you wouldnt wanna play your best team in case of injury
