DD Port have got themselves from mid table to top 4 with some very good recruiting and rookie drafting.In the last few years.Allir Allir was the recruit of this year.That would make you think Sharp is worth recruiting if Ports going for him.

Read on Fox footy it’s Will Brodie Fremantle are looking at from the GCS. 23 year old taken pick 9 in the 2016 draft. Won their best player award in the VFL this year. A midfielder.

Big day for Fremantle. Got pick six and future third round pick for Cerra. Got Will Brodie and picks 19, 61 & 69 in exchange for future second and fourth round picks. Fremantle will have to absorb Brodies Suns contract. Might take a few years to see who wins out in that trade deal.
Brodie was a Dockers fan before he got drafted. We also swapped pick 27 and a future third rounder with Collingwood for pick 22. I suspect that will be used to get Jordan Clark to Fremantle. I can see Geelong insisting on pick 19.
Fremantle has a pretty strong hand in the draft now with two top ten picks and two early second round picks.
Be interesting to see what Freo does draft day…do they go local with most of those early round picks…say Erasmus, Amiss and JVR?..or do they go for an E.S boy?..whatever happens a few local fans are going to be pissed e.g. Subi, Cl and EP, seeing those local boys playing for Peel…a lot of WAFL clubs will be hoping WCE go local, in order for those boys to stay at their WAFL clubs…though Perth fans will be hoping WCE go over east for their picks…

West Coast would have to offer Port something special.Or who ever else has a crack..SPP wants more midfield time and has 1 year left on his contact..And Boak and Grey in the twilight of there careers.
DD -SPP was a first rounder pick 18 by Port in 2016.
Wce have pick 10,29,35…Port might want 29+35 for SPP..Freo might trump the Eagles if Lobb traded back to GWS.They will have better draft choices to trade for SPP.
