What a season this is turning out to be - very close and tight at the top, Tigers beating EP and now in the mix with several other teams…
Exactly. A few weeks ago, one could have written Claremont off. They were not expected to win their match in Leederville with the home team kicking themselves out of the match. Then there’s Swans, East and South Fremantle currently in the mix and in the top half of the league ladder. Subi grabbed 4 points on the weekend and their next match is going to be interesting.
If Subi beat East freo on Sunday, it’s game back on.
Bit of a gap between 3rd and 4th. Swans can narrow that with a victory on Saturday. Otherwise every team is still in the hunt for 4th and 5th although Perth would need to put a few wins together soon, they have been cruelled with injury unfortunately.
JL, our only hope, imho, is if it buckets down v EF, we seem to be a better team in the wet, suits our style and reduces their dominance with their talls.
Can see the fight for the finals going deep for all sides. Obviously the top 3 have an advantage at present, but lose a couple on the trot and the trailing pack will pounce. Anyone’s flag I reckon, which is great to see.

Promises to be a cracker of a game and very emotional day for both clubs.
Swans have just made it more interesting and are creeping up the ladder.
Safe to say only two clubs in mothballs mode at this stage, the usual suspects and perhaps Subi that way as well…
