Scratchy tomorrow

According to a report in the Sunday Times Peel, with 13 AFL listed players, played a “STACKED” Perth side, apparently.

Don’t forget Fyfe dominated.
Who wrote the article?
A knob out of primary school?

Apparently, Mr Fyfe needed security to make sure he was safe from those naughty Perth supporters.
Mr Woodcock you are a knob.
You probably weren’t even there.
And exactly what was Perth stacked with?
Part time footballers?
How scary.

Good to see our love of kicking points undiminished

Maybe the WAFL had security for him.
And maybe the report of Perth being stacked, refers to thelevel on player that play in the WAFL?
And not sure why you would be complaining, your mob beat Peel.

What utter rubbish

Well, what about some security for Perth players when they go to Boganville.

Good to see the Futures (u/16s?) had a very good win at the weekend to match the other grades. Hopefully that is a sign of a solid depth of talent coming through over the next few years that will bare close attention.

The coach.

Stiffy Woodcock wouldn’t know a football from an easter egg.

Thanks for posting the interview Dazzler, Mark sounds very level headed and its pleasing to see they are working to better recognise players of more recent times and make the current players feel like they belong and are vitally important to the club…be interested to see how this has been done.
Looking forward to see how our fortunes fare in 2025!

A great interview and a breath of fresh air. Looking forward to see fortunes turning our way at last.

Yes a great interview.
A good coach at last, and we have recruited well.
I believe our list is stronger.
Hopefully a few surprises for a few Clubs.

As only a Scratchy I didn’t see the need for a new thread.

V Swans tomorrow does anyone know what’s happened to Derksen? Not Listed as an In for the League or an Out for the Ressies - but I can’t see him in either line up.

Hill and Poole out for the league. Q, Stubbs and Williams are IN’s.

Looks like Coniglio may be on the outer - Ressies again. I reckon he is a fantastic player. Certainly and interesting decision. Hope he can nurture the Ressies players and be a real leader back in the twos.

I agree about Coniglio. it looks like he is going to be a ressies player this season, which I find very strange.
The defence is inexperienced apart from Taylor and I think we need someone of Cog’s ability back there when the heat will be on against South in 2 weeks.
Yes, where is Derksen?

Derksen been playing in the NT. Played in a semi final a few weeks ago.

They are either giving Derksen a spell or he’s sore or injured. Conrad Williams also in the league side tomorrow.

Played Ressies for us against Peel last week. #33 and played well. Maybe as DD says just giving him a rest but others named as ins and outs hence my confusion.

33 is Josh Denney.190cm from Huntingdale JFC.

Sorry - I was going off the Club website - Says Derksen is #33. Denney #32 from Colts last year. Who ever it was they played pretty well in the Ressies last week. I guess it is good news if Derksen is yet to play and comes in with some impact. Denny lining up at FF for the Ressies today and indeed playing in the number 33.
