The great thing has been to watch his progress from an undoubtedly talented lad coming into Subi, great attacking player but no defensive side to his game which is why he missed the draft that year, then he added some decent defence in his second year without losing his goal scoring ability, then at the Eagles as fulltime pro, Simpson & his assistants has taken his defensive play to new heights and his number of tackles and score assists has gone through the roof. he’s now a rounded AFL footballer and will continue to improve. He’s more selective going for hangs but that effort running back with the flight sits about 3rd on my list of those kinds of marks only after Reiwoldts and Browns marks.
This young man is developing into a very rounded player. Not only a highlights reel, but a real gutsy player.
Eagles fans are being treated atm. Watch them play and you know Ryan or Willie are most likely going to
give you something special to remember.
And young Cameron is not all that far behind them, has huge potential.
