Rule changes... again

It seem like Greg Swann is trying to remove many of the damaging rule changes that previous AFL head honchos have implemented.Maybe he is looking at saving our game.
I have not fully taken in what they all mean but some I agree with.
Maybe at long last we will see the leaping ruckman make an appearance once more.No wrestling on the circle when the bhe ball is tossed up.Should have gone further with the same applying at all ruck contsts. It seems that he has still alowed the wrestling to go ahead at boundary throw ins and stoppages.
The 6/6/6 rule , the there just needs to be all thos eplayers in place and not necessary to have two placed in the square.
Should have gone further, made it a free kick to the club infringing by not having all players in place.Been at least six years since the 6/6/6 rule was put in place.
Not in favour of the lasso free kick as per AFLW.
There are others I know, but haven’t read up on them fully.

The last disposal rule is the best one. Will stop the whining about whether something is insufficient intent or not which at ammo level always contentious. Best rule change they have made out of all of them from an umpiring point of view.

Dillin is screwing the game with the new finals crap he is throwing at the lovers of our game.
If the AFL levelled the 24 round fixture properly and evenly, there should be no problem.
Trying to right the wrongs of an alrady badly compromised fixture is not the way to equalisation.

Its just rewarding mediocrity really and making the home and away season less relevant

We don’t
I don’t
There isn’t

these are the Dillon-speaks that are just part of what the game has sunk to nowadays

for example that nonsensical rubbish state of origin - that no state is allowed to run or appoint their own coaches , selectors & supports , oh no that’s Dillon’s job and everyone loves it suddenly just ask Dillon
No wonder SA didn’t put their hands up their silence is deafening in all of that garbage

and now everyone loves a Wildcard round , they love it we know they love it and it doesn’t matter shit that teams finish 10th because they deserve to , ask Dillon he’ll tell you it makes sense reward a poor season because the crowd says so they love it we know they love it

what a shitshow that lot are

Arevenue raiser and a Dill ego booster .
What about evening out the fixtures first so that clubs like the VFL ones do not get a soft draw to boost their %.
He is an incompetent.
He say, “we are listening” . Perhaps he/they, need to visit a hearing specialist

Instead of this Mickey Mouse shit they should have shelved the pre finals bye week and inserted a bye before the grand final. Should change the AFL to MMFL (Mickey Mouse Football League) and put it on Disney channel.

What about this ridiculous wild card game.

Top 8 should be 6.

Speaking of rule changes has anyone heard whether the WAFL is adopting any of the new rule changes the AFL have announced?

Has the AFL Dared to call their beloved Wild Card Round,Play-Offs?

If so,OK…if You Tubing is allowed here, someone give 'em the Full Jim Mora Treatment -

“Play-Offs?Are you kidding me?Don’t talk about Play-Offs!I just hope we Win a Game.Another Game!”

If someone can give AFL House, the Full Jim Rant, publicly and ad nauseum, time after time,it MIGHT just embarrass them to drop the whole Debacle, not fit for Aussie Rules Football.

I doubt they’ll let go of it,but I wouldn’t mind them copping some Serious Added Heat for some time yet!

Of course they wont.
Just like the “opening” round. The round where some clubs have a bye, which by the way, is a bye before even playing a game.Smoke and mirros. The sides that don’t play, “opening” round , most have to wait until round 15.Smoke and mirrors.
They ,The Boys Club don’t give a rats arse about what the spectators want.

They Sure Don’t!
