Rather than use the EF thread

here is one to go on abt EP

Put Robbo in a good team and he would have more impact. In a struggling team without many strong competitors I defy anyone to look outstanding.

Playing in an average team hasn’t prevented Ramsay from having an impact and being damaging,i don’t care who you are,if your ill disciplined and unfit you will struggle to have an impact at WAFL level. You reckon recruits,Marsh,Schlesnog and Schofield[who was playing good football till his injury]entered the WAFL unfit.

Different type of players, Ramma is more a running high possession player and clearly our best. However even he tends to make many poor decisions in his movements without the ball. In a good team he would not have to force the play like he does. Robbo was a tagger in the AFL, if he was recruited as a high possession, high skilled or a goal kicker. The person recruiting him should be removed from that function.

He got 20 possessions the first half against Subi, and was probably best on ground at that point, but slowed down and got 10 in the second half.He had the motor to tag Lachie Whitfield out of the game in an AFL final, and with the same level of fitness he can play midfield at WAFL level, but all reports have been that he has had one niggle after the other,so i don’t know if there are valid excuses, but one thing he should be able to control is his temper.

I was also told he asked to play 100 percent game time because he doesn’t get tired. He seems to have let a few kilograms creep on since his injuries.

Last week he was going up and down the one spot,he’d need a tow rope attached to the back of Whitfields shorts to keep up now.
